At Downtown Development Unlimited, Inc. (DDU), our mission is to support the Downtown Development District of New Orleans (DDD) and its efforts to provide advocacy and public space and economic development services to Downtown.
As a 501(c)(3), we are committed to cultivating investments and partnerships that strengthen the DDD's role in placemaking, fostering vibrant neighborhoods, and enhancing the quality of life for all residents, workers, and visitors Downtown.
By working collaboratively with local businesses, community stakeholders, and government entities, the DDD strives to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive Downtown.
The DDD supports the region bounded by the Pontchartrain Expressway, Iberville Street, South Claiborne Avenue, and the Mississippi River.
